Day 50-60: Cultivating Emotional Intelligence and Mindfulness

Congratulations, you’ve made it to the half-way mark of the 100 Day Challenge!

During this time, we’ll be focusing on cultivating emotional intelligence and mindfulness. These are critical skills for creating strong relationships and connections with others, finding purpose, and building a legacy.

You’ll have access to workshops and activities that will help you develop emotional intelligence and mindfulness. By the end of this module, you’ll have a greater understanding of how your emotions impact your relationships and decision-making, and you’ll be able to use mindfulness to improve your mental and emotional health. So, get ready to dive in and start developing these essential skills!
